(4) Protecting Your Investment & Review – Are You Ready – 2 hours
a. That protecting their assets goes beyond the mortgage. They will know what to do should they find they cannot make their house payment.
b. Putting it all together. Do they have the Capital, Capacity, Credit and are they ready start paying for the Collateral.
