A Hand Up: 8 Hour Pre-Purchase Class ( Kingman)

An event every month that begins at 8:00 am on day Third of the month, repeating until October 15, 2020
This HUD Approved Homebuyer Education Certificate program is an 8-hour group workshop that covers all aspects of the home buying process, including choosing a lender and Realtor, selecting insurance, fair housing laws, the mortgage process, title & escrow, home inspections, credit & budgeting, and more. Clients receive a HUD Approved Homebuyer Education Certificate upon completion of this workshop.
