WACOG is committed to helping older adults proactively care for their health with programs and resources that help prevent and manage chronic conditions. We offer evidence-based programs that meet the highest standards – programs that are proven to help people better manage their health and improve their well being.

Physical Activity Programs


WACOG’s health promotion programs are made possible through the support of Wellness Program Volunteers who facilitate and assist with programs.
