USDA 502Direct Loan Packaging
This program helps low- and very-low-income applicants buy decent, safe, and sanitary housing in eligible rural areas by providing payment assistance to increase their applicant’s repayment ability. Payment assistance reduces the mortgage payment for a short time. The amount of assistance is determined by the adjusted family income. Borrowers are required to repay all or a portion of the payment assistance received over the life of the loan when the title to the property transfers, or the borrower is no longer living in the dwelling.

Only a few days left to help WACOG Head Start kids get new books for the new school year! 📚
Through August 24, the dd’s DISCOUNTS at 500 W. Catalina Drive in Yuma is collecting donations at checkout to support WACOG Head Start.
Your donation = books for kids! Every dollar raised helps provide new books to our Head Start children through @firstbookorg, helping put books directly into the hands of local kids as they head back to school. Stop by, help out, inspire readers!
Stop by dd’s, do a little back-to-school shopping, and consider adding a donation at checkout.
More dollars = more books = more young readers! 💜
Thank you to dd’s DISCOUNTS, First Book, and our community for supporting WACOG Head Start! ... See MoreSee Less

We had a very successful Resource Exchange with many resource groups around the county this morning. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all that attended. Alone, we may not be able to do everything, but together we can do a very beautiful thing. Many thanks to all that put in so much time to assist those in our community that need it. ...
