Two (2) years experience researching, writing and monitoring grant proposals or applications. Experience working with low-income individuals in a community setting and social service is desirable. Qualifications: BA or BS in Business Administration, Education, Public Administration or related degree. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum 3 years directly related experience that includes supervisory responsibilities and program planning skills. Experience in Early childhood Education is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education and/or training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to fulfill the requirements of this position may be considered.
